Dad’s Day Block Party

The Mall at University Town Center at Lakewood Ranch will celebrate fathers with its annual Dad’s Day Block Party inside the grand court on Saturday, June 16 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Take A Train Ride

On Father’s Day weekend, dads ride for free at the Florida Railroad Museum in Parrish. The round trip departs on Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The 1 1/2-hour ride includes a brief stop at Willow Yard to talk about the history of Willow and view the rest of the museum's equipment collection. Additionally, up to three kids can ride for free with a paid reservation for Mom.

Free Haircuts For Dad

Students of the barber program are offering free haircuts for all dads June 16 and 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Summit Salon Academy Tampa, 4802 Gunn Highway, Tampa. Appointments are strongly recommended.
