Fun Event for Individuals with Special Needs and Families

Fun event for individuals with special needs to connect with local resources and providers

LARGO, FLORIDA – Local nonprofits and organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area have come together to host a fun evening for individuals with disabilities and their families to connect to resources and providers who serve both Pinellas and Pasco counties.

When you or a loved one has a disability, it can be challenging to know where to look for help. Finding the right providers for your situation can be life-changing. Being connected to the right groups and organizations can help you in all aspects of life including medical care, housing, education, employment and social.

Over 25 providers and organizations that are active in the special needs community are confirmed to attend as well as a presentation from Help Us Gather or HUG. HUG is a nonprofit organization in the area that connects individuals with disabilities to social events and activities in the community. This is a great opportunity for individuals and families to learn about the providers and resources available to them within our community.
