Get Outside: Tampa Bay's Got The Coolest Weather In Eastern U.S.
While parts of the Northeast are under a heat advisory, Tampa Bay is chillin'.

TAMPA BAY. FL -- If you're looking for cool weather in the eastern United States tonight, forget Maine or Michigan.
Believe it or not, Fox 13 meteorologist Paul Dellegatto says Tampa Bay currently has the coolest temperatures in the East.
No kidding. Barring a little rain here and there, it's the perfect time for some pre-Independence Day celebrating.

"Most of country is baking while clouds, rain and thunderstorms have kept temperatures in central Florida below normal this afternoon," said Dellegatto.
Currently, Tampa Bay's temperatures range from 74 to 77 degrees compared to Burlington, Vermont, which is under a heat advisory with a current temperature of 89 degrees.
