Griswold Home Care Collecting 'Shoes for Schools'
Donations are being accepted at the Tampa and Lutz offices through July 31.
TAMPA, FL -- Through July, Griswold Home Care of Tampa and Pasco County is collecting donations of shoes and sneakers for children from preschool age through high school.
The drive to benefit Shoes 4 Schools is part of Griswold Home Care’s “Ten Years of Service, Ten Acts of Caring” initiative to mark its 10th anniversary helping area seniors remain in their homes as they age.
New or lightly worn shoes and sneakers can be dropped off at either of Griswold’s offices through July 31: 1843 Collier Parkway in Lutz, and 4917 Ehrlich Road, Suite 102, in Tampa.

“Shoes 4 Schools is the fourth nonprofit organization Griswold is assisting this year, and there are six more to come,” said Arthur Moseley, director of Griswold Home Care of Tampa and Pasco County. “We hope to touch as many people as possible in as many ways as possible from all of the areas we serve.”
Griswold Home Care of Tampa and Pasco County covers clients from Brandon to Hudson and from Thonotosassa to Westchase. To date, the office has served more than 1,000 clients while the caregivers it refers have made more than 150,000 visits and provided over a million hours of service.
