Humana Hiring For Nearly 200 Full-time Positions In Tampa Bay

TAMPA, FL — Health and well-being company Humana Inc. announced it is looking to fill close to 200 new national phone sales positions in Tampa Bay.

The inside sales agent positions will provide national phone sales and enrollment assistance for the company’s Medicare benefit plans and specialty products. These positions will also directly handle inquiries and provide guidance to help new and existing Humana Medicare Advantage members nationwide to select benefit solutions to meet their needs.

The positions are located at Humana’s newly renovated call center in Tampa near Interstates 4 75 at NetPark, 5701 E. Hillsborough Ave. The facility has an onsite café, childcare facility and fitness center.

Candidates should be sales driven and have a high school diploma or GED. Candidates with their health insurance license are strongly encouraged to apply, however, Humana will pay for inside sales agents to obtain their health insurance license and for in-depth certification and sales training. Bilingual candidates, including those who speak Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese and Creole are also encouraged to apply.
