Ian Black Real Estate, a Sarasota based commercial real estate firm, has marked its largest transaction of 2013, with a portfolio sale of of five tenanted commercial properties in Venice and Sarasota. The transaction totaled $7,575,000.
The largest of the five properties was the El Patio Hotel property, which includes six retailers at the street level and 15 apartments on the 2nd floor, totaling approx. 27,000 sf. Other properties included: 243 W Venice Ave, a two tenant building with Captain's Landing and Cleopatra's; 121 W Venice Ave., with Made in Italy; 125 W Venice Ave., which features Bushido's Sushi; and 1540 Main Street in Sarasota with Blackbird Home Collection and Bohemian Bliss as tenants.
