Kingsford Fire Grille is Lit; 1st Tampa Restaurant Opens

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay Food Tours is happy to share a new spot for amazing food and drinks.

Kingsford Fire Grille has just 30 days under its belt but it is already a fine-tuned machine. Located in the old Mitchell's Fish Market at Westshore Plaza the space has been completely transformed.

Tampa is the first location for Kingsford Fire Grille, and they have ambitious plans to expand to 50 locations. The menu has delicious options to please everyone. Let's dig in.

Southern Cobb - buttermilk tenders, bacon, pecans, mixed cheese, avocados, eggs, cornbread croutons and cucumber ranch dressing
Seasoned grilled fruit with Kingsford Cajun seasoning, feta, mint and balsamic vinaigrettte
Piled High BBQ Nachos with picked jalapenos, queso, pico de gallo, Kingsford OG BBQ Sauce, chicken, pork and brisket
Smoked chicken wings with choice of barbecue sauce: Kingsford OG Spicy Mango or Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce and smoked bleu cheese dressing.
Southern slaw with cabbage, grilled pineapple, peppers and swett apple cider dressing.
Brussel sprouts with caramelized sprouts and bacon
Kingsford baked beans with bacon and brown sugar
A 7-ounce filet with rosemary butter, cheesy potato cakes, onion straws and a choice of side.
Grilled salmon: Atlantic salmon with grilled peaches

Chef Louis Scaramuzzi smokes our peach cobbler dessert.

Kingsford has future plans to host cooking classes in its open kitchen area. It also have a large mobile catering truck for private events.
