Lightbridge Academy Celebrates Grand Opening of First Tampa Child Care Center

Lightbridge Academy celebrated the grand opening of its first Tampa location on Saturday, welcoming local families to explore the new child care center and learn more about its programs for children from six weeks through pre-kindergarten.

Located at 9660 W. Waters Ave., the new center marks Lightbridge Academy’s second location in Florida and supports the brand’s continued expansion across the state. With more than 200 centers open or in development nationwide, Lightbridge Academy plans to open 13 additional locations throughout Florida by 2031.

The grand opening event brought together families and community members for a day of activities, including facility tours, classroom demonstrations, arts and crafts, refreshments and opportunities to learn more about the center’s early childhood education programs.

Lightbridge Academy of Tampa provides early childhood education programs designed to support infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children in a safe, nurturing learning environment.
