Here are the top five stories in Tampa today:

1. Andrei Vasilevskiy had 49 saves and the Tampa Bay Lightning completed a four-game sweep of the Florida Panthers with a 2-0 victory Monday night that sent the two-time defending Stanley Cup champions back to the Eastern Conference final for the sixth time in eight years. (ABC Action News)

2. An appeals court on Friday upheld Cameron Herrin's 24-year sentence for a 2018 street-car racing crash that killed a mother and her infant daughter on Bayshore Boulevard, according to court documents filed in the 2nd District Court of Appeals. (Tampa Patch)

3. Global real estate firm Hines has announced the start of construction for phase one of Tampa Commerce Center, a state-of-the-art industrial park comprised of four buildings in Tampa. Tampa Commerce Center will cater to a broad set of industrial users in e-commerce, logistics, and food and beverage sectors. Construction is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2022. (That's So Tampa)

4. DataLink Software, a Tampa software company that serves the health care industry, has hired Ashish Kachru as its new CEO. He succeeds Kevin Steele, who founded DataLink in 2001 and remained with the firm after it was sold to Revelstoke Capital Partners. (Business Observer)

5. Friday, June 3 is National Doughnut Day, and Datz and its sister bakery Dough are planning exclusive options in celebration.
