Meet Stanley; Giraffe Born On Night Of Lightning's Big Win: Video
Guests at Busch Gardens can celebrate the Lightning's championship win with two free beer samples at the Garden Gate cafe through July 31.

TAMPA, FL — Busch Gardens Tampa is celebrating the birth of Stanley the giraffe, born on July 7, the same night the Tampa Bay Lighting won their back-to-back Stanley Cup championship.
Stanley was born to first-time mom Angel. Both mom and calf are doing well, bonding behind the scenes where Busch Gardens veterinary personnel are monitoring their progress.
Once Stanley reaches key growth milestones, the pair will join the giraffe herd on Busch Gardens’ 65-acre Serengeti Plain, including Stanley’s grandmother, Cupid.
