Neal Communities Sells 70 Homes in January
Neal Communities, the area's largest and most established, locally owned and operated private builder, reports 70 sales in January 2015.
Neal Communities (www.nealcommunities.com), the area’s largest and most established, locally owned and operated private builder, reports 70 sales in January 2015, which represents a 15 percent increase from January 2014, when Neal Communities noted 54 sales.
After a record-breaking year in 2014, the builder continues its swift sales pace while gearing up for eight new community openings in the first quarter of this year.
“We anticipate selling 1,000 homes in 2015, and this is a great start to a huge year of expansion for us,” said Michael Storey, president of the Lakewood Ranch-based builder. “That growth will take place in our current markets but will also include entry into Hillsborough County,” he said.

January’s sales took place in communities spanning from Manatee County to Collier County. Notable numbers in January came from Watermark in Fort Myers with 10 sales, Grand Palm in Venice and Eagle Trace in Bradenton, both with eight sales, and Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood with six sales. This week, Neal Communities will unveil its newest community in Venice, Windwood, and reveal a new lineup of family-centric homes starting in the $200s.
