Obama Tells Tampa It's Time to Move America Forward

President Barack Obama has taken the stage at Ybor City’s Centennial Park.
"I've come to Florida today to ask you for your vote," Obama said. "I've come to ask you to help me keep moving America forward."
Today’s rally in Tampa is just one of the stops President Obama will make on his “America Forward!” tour. Before touching down in Tampa today around 7 a.m., Obama visited Iowa, Colorado and Nevada on the tour. Later today, he’s expected to pay visits to Virginia and Ohio.

Obama’s visit isn’t the only presidential campaign stop scheduled for the Tampa Bay area this week. His Republican challenger, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, has also scheduled a rally in Central Pasco’s Land O’ Lakes at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27.
