Patel Conservatory holds Free Seventh Annual Performing Arts College and Career Fair

Students, parents and educators will convene at Straz Center’s Rehearsal Hall on Sunday, Sept. 6 to discuss careers and school programs focusing on the performing arts, at the Seventh Annual Performing Arts College & Career Fair.

The event was designed for students interested in pursuing a college degree and/or career in dance, music or theater. Representatives from educational institutions will meet with students and answer questions in free meet and greet from 1 to 3 p.m. following workshops from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Representatives will be on hand from Disney Live Entertainment, San Francisco College of Music, Flagler College, Florida State University, New York Film Academy, University of Miami Frost School of Music, University of South Carolina, Florida Southern College, Manhattan School of Music, Eckerd College and Southeast Missouri State University.

Workshops are accessible with a 2026 Performing Arts College & Career Fair Workshop Pass, available for $20 online at this link: https://patelconservatory.asapconnected.com/#CourseID=289115 This pass provides student admission to workshop opportunities presented by visiting colleges and faculty. Parents may observe student workshops or attend parent-centric workshops with the purchase of an additional wristband.
