Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa Raises More Than $75,000 For Military Charities

From March 9-12, Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa raised more than $75,000 for military charities at its annual Birdies for the Brave Patriots Outpost fundraiser at the 2017 Valspar Championship.

Pinch A Penny hosted a challenge in which patrons became “Birdie Sponsors” and donated $100 to Birdies for the Brave for each birdie made on the 16th hole. To honor veterans and military personnel, the Birdies Challenge raises money for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF). SOWF’s goal is to provide the children of special operations service members killed in action a free college education.
