Robles Park Gang Members Indicted On Racketeering, Murder Charges
"Robles Park" members are accused of murder, assault, intimidation, narcotics trafficking, fraud, identity theft and obstruction of justice.
TAMPA, FL — Four members of a gang known as "Robles Park" have been indicted by the U.S. Attorney's Office on charges of racketeering, fraud and at least two shootings in Tampa in July 2020.
According to acting U.S. Attorney Karin Hoppmann, Keaujay Hornsby, 26, aka Plug; Kareem Spann, 27, aka Reem; Tywon Spann, 25, aka Weez; and Eriaus Bently, 29, all of Tampa, could face from 29 years to life in federal prison.
Hornsby and both Spanns have been charged with racketeering conspiracy related to a number of violent, drug-trafficking and economic crimes.

All four defendants are charged with conspiring to commit fraud and identity theft.
If convicted on all counts, Hornsby and Kareem Spann face life in prison; Tywon Spann 79 years in prison and Bentley 29 years in prison.

The indictment also seeks a money judgment against the four men.
According to the indictment, “Robles Park” members and associates committed murder, assault, intimidation, narcotics trafficking, fraud, identity theft, obstruction of justice and other crimes.
The indictment accuses Hornsby and Kareem Spann of taking part in a shooting outside the Truth Lounge in Tampa on July 19, 2020, and outside the International Plaza on July 25, 2020.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Tampa Police Department, and the Department of Labor.
