Sparkman Wharf Adds Main Ingredient To Its Mix

TAMPA, FL — Sparkman Wharf announced The Main Ingredient, a local specialty food store, will join the retail lineup.

The Main Ingredient features a range of loose-leaf or fresh-brewed hot and cold teas in a variety of flavors plus local and Florida-based products including home goods, jams, honeys, hot sauces and spices.

Sparkman Wharf continues to collaborate with national and local brands, introducing retailers to the downtown Tampa market and allowing the community to discover new businesses, brands and experiences.

“Sparkman Wharf is always looking for partners with unique and innovative products or services that have a certain spark and bring something new to the Channel District,” said Susan Martin, vice president of retail and place management at Strategic Property Partners. “We are very excited to introduce The Main Ingredient to the downtown Tampa community and look forward to providing our guests with a new-to-market specialty and locally-made goods store.”

The original location of The Main Ingredient in Lutz opened in April 2018 and quickly became the go-to place for healthy, non-GMO, organic, vegan, paleo, keto and gluten-free ingredients. In addition to its specialty food items, The Main Ingredient will have a selection of curated and home products, soaps, lotions and Tampa-inspired products for both visitors and residents.

The Main Ingredient at Sparkman Wharf is located near Splitsville and next door to Joyful Notion, a lifestyle boutique and flower bar, and Modern Paws, a local pet boutique, 615 Channelside Drive, Tampa.

The Main Ingredient in Lutz is located at 1903 Collier Parkway.

Situated on Tampa's downtown waterfront, Sparkman Wharf features 180,000 square feet of spacious loft-style office space, 65,000 square feet of ground-level retail and a 1-acre park. The central park is home to an intimate dining garden, locally sourced biergarten and recreation lawn that is regularly programmed.
