Street Murder Suspect Cuffed

TAMPA, FL – A 24-year-old male was arrested last week and charged with the fatal shooting of a man at the intersection of East 93rd Avenue and Ninth Street, Tampa police said.

Antwan Dixon, 35, was shot multiple times July 20 at 2:38 p.m. and taken to a local hospital, but died from his injuries.

A witness told police, at the time, that Dixon and the shooter, who fled in a vehicle, appeared to be arguing before the incident, officials said.

Detectives on Friday arrested O'Brian Kelly and charged him with second-degree murder in the case.

Anyone with information about the shooting can call the police department at 813-231-6130.
