Suncoast Credit Union Opens 1st All-Bilingual Branch In Tampa

TAMPA, FL — Suncoast Credit Union hosted the grand opening of its 70th branch and its first completely bilingual branch Saturday at the Galleria Service Center.

This is the credit union's only branch where all employees are fluent in both Spanish and English and all marketing materials are available in both languages.

Located in the heart of Tampa's Hispanic community at 4340 W. Hillsborough Ave, Suite 704, the new branch has a number of innovative features including:

• an open, café-style floor plan
• teller pods
• extended hours through walk-up and drive-up ITMs (Interactive Teller Service Technology Machines)
• bilingual staff
• vehicle and mortgage lending application services
• free secure WiFi
• modern furnishings that blend with the industrial loft architecture of the building
• a coffee bar

Saturday’s grand opening celebration included a $1,000 charity donation to Feeding Tampa Bay.

The Galleria Service Center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The ITM has extended hours Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
