Synovus Bank Signs Leases For Office, Retail Space At Water Street

Pending regulatory approval, Synovus' new retail branch will mark the company's 16th retail location in the Tampa Bay region.

TAMPA, FL — Strategic Property Partners LLC announced that Synovus, a Georgia state-chartered bank, has signed office and retail leases in Water Street Tampa.

The leases include a 14,234-square-foot office on the seventh floor of Thousand & One, Water Street Tampa’s new trophy office tower, and a 2,334-square-foot retail lease at the base of Asher, the neighborhood’s latest residential development.

Synovus will complement Water Street Tampa’s retail landscape, which currently has more than
30 tenants committed, ranging from regional restaurants to national fitness franchises to a locally owned boutique.
