Opened last month, Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar serves up tasty farm-to-kitchen dishes & cocktails out of a from-scratch-only kitchen and bar. They utilize slow-cooking methods, a live-wood grill, smoker, and rotisserie "because food just tastes better that way".
When you arrive at Bay Street International Plaza you smell the mesquite smoke and you immediately taste the flavor of Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar.
Whiskey Cake aims to be your neighborhood joint for craft cocktails and farm-fresh comfort food. They source flavors, ingredients, and ideas straight from the farm, because good food tastes even better when it’s grown locally.

They have over 300 different whiskeys according to the chalkboard next to the bar, and I believe it.
Beautiful interior is country chic with a touch of modern and home made. Good music, a few TVs, comfy couches and chairs and family style tables round out the dining room and patio areas.

Burgers to die for! The omg burger - absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, generous amounts of melted cheese with fried onions! Buttery and juicy. I would highly recommend it!
Fresh salads. Pictured is the fried chicken spinach salad featuring grapes, pecans,apples, cheese with a delicious buttermilk vinaigrette.
Great entree options are also available. We enjoyed the rotisserie Farm Bird on a recent visit split-roasted half chicken, brussels sprouts, mustard vinaigrette, gremolata
