Tampa Child Porn Suspect Tried To Destroy Devices Before Arrest: Sheriff

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man on 100 counts of child pornography charges, deputies said.

TAMPA, FL — A Tampa man was arrested on 100 counts of child pornography charges, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Deputies with HCSO’s Internet Predator Unit went to Cedar Trace Circle to conduct a warrant on Thursday after discovering child pornography was being downloaded at a home there.

Antionce Bravo, 31, tried to destroy numerous electronic devices, including a cellular phone, a laptop, and two desktop computers, the sheriff’s office said.

Investigators found child sexual abuse materials on those devices.

Braco was charged with 100 counts of solicitation or possession of child pornography (10 or more images and content of images), one count of unlawful use of a two-way communications device, four counts of tampering with physical evidence, and one count of film, distribute, or possess image or video of sexual activity

"These crimes are among the most heinous we investigate," Sheriff Chad Chronister said. "Despite this individual's attempt to destroy evidence, our team acted quickly to secure what was needed to hold him accountable."
