Tampa Lawyer Dominic Fariello Finds Himself on the Wrong Side of the Law
Tampa lawyer Dominic Fariello is asking for donations to help "bail" him out for "Public Nuisance" arrest – to benefit Wheelchairs 4 Kids
Tampa, Fla. (March 14, 2015) – The crime is “Public Nuisance by Way of Disturbing the Peace.” The benefactor is Wheelchairs 4 Kids. Fariello created the bail campaign as a way to raise money for Wheelchairs 4 Kids in the amount of his “bail,” $3,000.

“People who give free legal advice on air and donate their bail to charity are a danger to society,” said one anonymous witness to Fariello’s arrest for “Public Nuisance by Way of Disturbing the Peace.”

The arrest took place outside of the 102.5 The Bone studio – right after his show, “Ask the Dom,” aired last Sunday.
Fariello responded from his jail cell, “If helping the community is a crime, then you’re going to have to keep me in jail. I’ll never stop doing all I can for my fellow community members – especially kids. I did it for peoples’ rights.”
