Tampa Woman Killed By Reckless Driver On Hillsborough Avenue
A 51-year-old Tampa woman has died after an accident in which her SUV was struck by another SUV that was speeding and changing lanes.

TAMPA, FL — A 51-year-old Tampa woman has died after an accident in which her SUV was struck by another SUV that was speeding and changing lanes erratically.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, on Sunday at 2:42 p.m., an SUV driven by a 59-year-old Tampa man was heading east on Hillsborough Avenue at a high rate of speed and continually changing lanes.
Near Countryway Boulevard, the driver lost control and the SUV crossed the center median, overturned and entered the westbound traffic lanes.

Once in the westbound lanes, it collided with the SUV driven by the 51-year-old woman who was heading west on Hillsborough Avenue.
The woman died at the scene.

The highway patrol didn't say if the driver of the SUV that caused the accident was charged.
