Temporary Intersection Changes Begin Monday

TAMPA, FL — On Monday, Aug. 5, crews will implement a new traffic pattern from East Gandy Boulevard onto South Dale Mabry Highway.

Drivers making the right turn at the intersection will have a short merge into the middle travel lane onto Dale Mabry. The new temporary roadway will be aligned with barrels as a guide and electronic message boards will alert drivers.

The traffic shift is needed for crews to conduct drainage work at the corner. This temporary traffic pattern will remain for several weeks until work is complete, weather permitting.
