Temporary Road Closures To Take Place On Davis Boulevard Monday
A portion of East Davis Boulevard between Chesapeake and Barbados avenues will have daily northbound lane closures beginning on Monday.

TAMPA, FL — A portion of East Davis Boulevard between Chesapeake and Barbados avenues will have daily northbound lane closures beginning on Monday while repairs to the brick intersections are completed.
The intersections that will be repaired are located at Chesapeake, Biscayne and Barbados avenues along East Davis Boulevard.
A city of Tampa contractor has been improving road surfaces following an earlier water main replacement project as part of a larger city capital improvements project.

A portion of East Davis Boulevard between Chesapeake and Barbados avenues will experience intermittent daily lane closures.
Flaggers will maintain alternating northbound and southbound traffic from Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Drivers should expect to experience some delays.

Northbound traffic between East Davis Boulevard between Chesapeake and Barbados avenues will be closed to all northbound traffic between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Detour signs will be posted.
Sidewalks within the work areas will remain open. Safety fencing at the work locations will be installed between the sidewalk and the work.
These repairs are scheduled to be completed by Friday, Nov. 19. The entire construction project is scheduled to be completed by next summer.
