The City of Tampa Poses Downtown Question
The city is asking residents to weigh in with their ideas for the future of downtown.

The city is asking residents a big question involving the area west of the Hillsborough River.
While downtown and the area to the east is consistently developing and undergoing extensive planning, the area to the west sits as the gateway to South Tampa and is a mixed bag of moderate retail and restaurant successes without any sort of central area of attraction from Bayshore to Kennedy Boulevard.
So, the city posed the question on their Facebook last night. "What possibilities do you imagine on the west side of the Hillsborough River?"
