These Tampa Bay Restaurants Open For Christmas Dinner 2018

TAMPA, FL -- Don't add the stress of cooking a large meal to your already packed holiday to-d0 list. Break from tradition, and enjoy Christmas dinner at one of the Tampa Bay restaurants that will open on Christmas Day.

* Sirata Beach Resort at 5300 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, will offer its annual Christmas buffet in the resort's eighth-floor Royal Palm Ballroom from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The buffet will feature six different food stations including Soup and Salad; Seafood; Greens and Charcuterie; Carvery; Entrees & Sides and Desserts.

Guests can enjoy Dijon-tarragon crusted filet of salmon, leg of lamb and bourbon-Dijon glazed ham and entrees such as the Carolina turkey, seared chicken breast and roasted striploin. Dessert is a must-have including some holiday favorites such as pumpkin, pecan and apple pies.

* Élevage at the Epicurean Hotel, 1207 S. Howard Ave., Tampa, is presenting a three-course, prix-fixe menu for Christmas Eve from 5 to 10 p.m. and Christmas Day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The menu includes:

· Choice of Spinach & Endive Salad, Shrimp & Hubbard Squash Bisque, Black Pepper Bucatini
· Choice of entrée, including Filet Mignon ($64), Blackened Monkfish ($56), Herb & Tomato Stuffed Poblano Pepper ($48), Duck Confit ($53)

The Christmas Day menu includes:

· Family-style Salad and Bread Service, featuring signature Fenway House Salad with homemade Parker Rolls and whipped butter

· Choice of entrée, including Christmas Ratatouille, Roasted Tomato, Basil ($45); Roast Pork Roulade with Roasted Garlic & Rosemary ($55), Broiled Salmon with Garlic, Lemon, Herbs ($60); Slow Cooked Beef Short Rib ($65); Holiday Roast Goose with Pan Gravy ($85); and 32 oz Beef Prime Tomahawk Ribeye for two ($105).

· Family-style sides, including Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Shallot, Lardons, Sherry Vinegar, Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce with Cinnamon & Orange, and Carrots with Harissa Maple Glaze.

* Ruth's Chris Steak House at 1700 N. Westshore Blvd., will be open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from noon to 8 p.m.
