Thief in Skinny Jeans Robs Gas Station
Aside from the distinctive clothing, the man appeared to be unarmed.

Tampa police are on the hunt for a man they say likes to rob gas stations wearing skinny jeans.
According to the police department, the incident in question occurred around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday when a white male walked into the Marathon store at 4139 W. Kennedy Blvd. The man proceeded to go behind the counter where he confronted the clerk and demanded money.
The clerk complied and the man took off on foot.

Police arrived and searched for the man in skinny jeans, but were unable to locate him.
The suspect didn’t display a weapon, nor did he tell the clerk he had one.

The description of the robber is sketchy. Police say he has a slim build, but there is no age estimation. Aside from the jeans, he was wearing a brown hoodie and had a cloth pulled up over his face.
Surveillance video of the robbery is hoped to be made available sometime on Tuesday.
