Video: 3 Accused Of Robbing Tampa Convenience Stores

Three people have been arrested following two convenience store robberies in Tampa on Sunday.

TAMPA, FL — Three people have been arrested following two convenience store robberies in Tampa on Sunday.

According to Tampa Police, Tevin William, 26, Dmorah Alexander, 23, and Temprestt Fabian, 24, were arrested Friday after being identified from fingerprints and surveillance videos from the convenience stores.

At 3:12 a.m., police said William walked into the Circle K at 410 S. 50th St. wearing a mask and grabbed several items to purchase at the counter. While William was at the counter, police said he pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money. He fled after getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Then, at 3:32 a.m., police said William entered the 7-Eleven at 7401 Broadway Ave. and performed the same actions, once away making off with cash.

During their investigation, police recovered a bag of chips and a bottle of soda from the Circle K with William's fingerprints on them.

Surveillance video from the convenience stores showed a silver vehicle with two women inside. One of the women would enter the convenience store first and then provide William with information to could commit the robberies.

Tampa Police, along with members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents and members of the U.S. Marshals Service located the three at an apartment complex at 2900 University Square Drive where they were arrested.

William was charged with two counts of robbery, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during a felony. William also matches the description from a commercial robbery that occurred in Hillsborough County. Alexander and Fabian were both charged with two counts of robbery.
