The free event began with a parade and included food, games and entertainment. Additionally, each child chose a new, unwrapped gift from hundreds donated by businesses and community members.

Each year, O'Neil, aka Thadeus Bullard, who founded the Bullard Family Foundation, hosts a toy drive for needy kids in the community. This year, O'Neil also partnered with the nonprofit Metropolitan Ministries food bank on a Holiday Tent to provide holiday meals to families in need.

“I’ve had the honor to work with Metropolitan Ministries, and I believe in the work they have done for nearly 50 years to help deliver hope to families," said O'Neil. "I know that by partnering my Bullard Family Foundation with them, that our combined goal of reaching 30,000 families in need throughout Tampa Bay is very attainable. I’m looking forward to seeing hope delivered in a monumental way this holiday season.”
