Wawa Celebrates The Big Game By Helping Feeding Tampa Bay

TAMPA BAY, FL — Wawa Inc. announced that in celebration of Tampa’s hometown team playing in the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 7, on its home field, the company will offer customers a ways to build spirit and also give back to the Tampa community.

Wawa will offer customers at 70 Tampa-area Wawa locations free coffee or a fountain beverage of any size on Feb. 7 until kickoff time at 6:30 p.m. Customers can also enjoy a special discount of $10 off any Catering Hoagie Box or Hoagie Box Bundle ordered ahead and picked up on game day, and Wawa will donate $10 for every Catering Hoagie Box or Bundle ordered ahead and picked up on Feb. 7 to Feeding Tampa Bay – up to $10,000.

“Wawa is thrilled to toast Tampa’s football team as it makes a push for a championship trophy in its own stadium, and we are excited to offer free any size coffee and fountain beverage until kickoff to customers across the Tampa region,” said Robert Yeatts Sr., director of store operations. “In addition, we are honored to make a commitment to Feeding Tampa Bay to support their efforts to fight hunger in the community through a donation of $10 for every Catering Hoagie Box or Bundle ordered ahead and picked up on the day of the big game – up to $10,000."

Free Coffee And Fountain Beverage Details

Customers can come to Wawa stores in select counties to receive free any size coffee or fountain beverage until 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 7, in honor of the hometown team playing in football’s biggest game of the year. All Wawa stores in the following counties will be participating: Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Citrus and Manatee.

Donation To Feeding Tampa Bay

On Feb. 7, Wawa will donate $10 for every Catering Hoagie Box or Hoagie Box Bundle purchased to Feeding Tampa Bay – up to $10,000. Catering Hoagie Boxes and Bundles can be ordered from local Wawa stores now and picked up on game day. Each Hoagie Box or Bundle ordered will include a special game-day discount of $10.
