Weichert, Realtors - Yates & Associates Recognized as Top Affiliate at National Event

WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Yates & Associates, serving the Tampa Bay area since 1976, is pleased to announce that it was recently named to the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. prestigious Premier Client Group for 2015. Only 33 companies from the WEICHERT® franchise network were invited to join this elite, new group, which recognized top affiliates based on their contributions and outstanding performance in 2014.

During the event, which included representatives from other top affiliate companies from across the United States, WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Yates & Associates gathered insights and inspiration from speakers, shared ideas and best practices for a thriving business, and identified new strategies and ideas for leveraging growth, inspiring leadership and nurturing a positive office culture.

The event concluded with an award ceremony. Marty Rueter, President of WREA, Bill Scavone, COO of WREA, and James Weichert, Co-President of WEICHERT, REALTORS® presented each Premier Client Affiliate with a plaque acknowledging the office’s considerable achievement.
