Bayshore Beautiful Gets New Restaurant

Featuring southern modern American cuisine, Wimauma opened its doors on South MacDill Avenue in South Tampa last week.

Just a month and a half after , a restaurant the Palma Ceia couple helped launched on West Kennedy Boulevard, chef Gary Moran and wife Amy Moran opened a new venture in Bayshore Beautiful last week.

The space that formerly housed Delizie Italian Bakery & Deli on South MacDill Avenue is now Wimauma, a restaurant whose motto is "Fresh. Local. Florida."

Gary Moran said that his "southern modern American cuisine" will be infused with Florida ingredients and be characterized by locally fed and raised livestock and fresh and organic produce cultivated by local farmers.
