A 23-year-old Tampa woman faces DUI charges after law enforcement agencies received calls about a wrong-way driver on the Veterans Expressway early Thursday morning.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the woman was heading southbound in the northbound lanes around 1:26 a.m. Tampa Police pulled her over at the intersection of State Road 60, an email to media from highway patrol Sgt. Steve Gaskins stated.
