$100,000 in Antique Weapons Swiped from St. Pete Home

Police are hoping someone with information in the case will step forward.

A thief with a penchant for antique weaponry managed quite a haul from a St. Petersburg home recently.

Police are now hoping someone with information in the case will step forward to help them unravel just where more than $100,000 in swords, daggers and guns have gone.

The burglary in question occurred sometime between Feb. 18-20 in the 4600 block of Neptune Drive Southeast, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. It seems the property owners were away and someone entered the home and helped themselves to quite a collection of weapons.
