2 Injured in Howard Franklin Bridge Crash
A 19-year-old driver was cited for reckless driving.

A 56-year-old St. Petersburg man suffered minor injuries following a crash on the Howard Franklin Bridge Tuesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 8:34 a.m. as Zayven Reese of Gainesville was heading northbound across the bridge in a Ford 3D. Troopers say she made multiple lane changes before the crash. When Reese attempted to move from the outside lane to the outside center lane, she didn’t notice a Nissan UT driven by Allan Parrish of St. Petersburg.
The front left of Reese’s car collided with the right rear of Parrish’s.

Parrish’s vehicle overturned multiple times.
Reese and her 10-month-old passenger were both taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital. Reese suffered minor injuries. Troopers say the baby was uninjured.

Parrish also suffered minor injuries. He was taken to Tampa General Hospital.
Reese was cited for reckless driving.
