2021 Murder Suspect Arrested: St. Pete Police
A man was charged with murder in the 2021 death of his roommate, St. Petersburg police said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A man has been arrested for the murder of his roommate two years ago, according to a St. Petersburg Police Department news release.
Keondre Flournoy, 28, was charged with second-degree murder in the death of 47-year-old Qareeb Muhammad on Dec. 9, 2021.
Flournoy has been in jail on unrelated charges since November 2022, police said.

He shot his roommate when the two got into a fight. Muhammad's body was found in a vacant lot in the 2100 block of 17th Avenue South.
