5-Year-Old St. Pete Boy Dies From Gunshot Wound

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg Police say a 5-year-old boy has died following a shooting Saturday.

At 2:27 p.m., police responded to 3738 18th Terrace S. after receiving a call about a shooting involving a child.

The boy was taken to All Children's Hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police are still looking into the circumstances of the shooting. No more details were released.
