Accused Burglar Arrested After Bizarre Home Break-In

Police have charged a man with reportedly breaking into a St. Pete home and using yard clippers to cut his hair.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- A 29-year-old Bradenton man has been arrested for reportedly breaking into a St. Petersburg home where he used lawn tools to cut his hair and then helped himself to the homeowners' oranges.

Anthony Luciano has been charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling after police say he entered a couple's home through the garage door while they were sleeping. He then allegedly cut his hair with hedge trimmers and ate some oranges.

Officers say DNA evidence from hair left at the scene led them to Luciano.
