The new solar-powered facility consolidates sanitation operations, cuts water and energy use, and is designed to keep solid waste and recycling services running even during major utility disruptions.
4. For sale: A $3.5 million historic home on St. Petersburg's Mirror Lake (tampabay.com) — A historic 1937 Cade Allen–designed home on St. Petersburg's Mirror Lake is going on the market for $3.5 million after an extensive preservation-focused renovation.
