• Motorcyclist killed in St. Pete hit-and-run crash; police searching for suspect (wtsp.com) — A 65-year-old motorcyclist from Pinellas Park died after a hit-and-run crash early Sunday on 4th Street North and 9th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, and police are still searching for the Mercedes SUV driver. The victim was taken to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where he died from his injuries. Anyone with information is urged to contact St. Petersburg police.
   

• Direct Relief Tracking Hurricane Nolo's Impacts Across the Pacific (directrelief.org) — Direct Relief is tracking Hurricane Nolo near Hawaii while shipping medical supplies across the U.S. and abroad, including a recent delivery to the St. Petersburg Free Clinic. That support adds medication and resources to local safety-net care as the nonprofit also launches a major maternal health campaign and highlights disaster-preparedness partnerships that could benefit vulnerable communities everywhere.
