Armed Bank Robber Sought In St. Pete: Police
A man robbed Hancock Whitney Bank on 2nd Ave. N. Thursday afternoon, St. Petersburg police said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Police are looking for a man who robbed a St. Petersburg police Thursday afternoon.
Just before 2 p.m., the suspect robbed Hancock Whitney Bank at 100 2nd Ave. N., St. Petersburg police shared on Facebook. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect was wearing a fedora and light blue shirt with a distinctive logo on the front that read “Boley Centers 38th Annual Jingle Bell Run.”

Police believe the suspect was in his mid-40s, stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
