Big Ten/Big East Baseball Challenge Comes to Pinellas

Running Friday through Sunday, 30 NCAA baseball games will be played in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Dunedin for the 2012 Big Ten/Big East Baseball Challenge.

This weekend NCAA baseball teams for the Big 10 and Big East will be competing throughout Pinellas County in the annual Big 10/Big East Baseball Challenge. 

Over the course of three days this weekend, 30 collegiate baseball games will be played in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Dunedin. 

Participating teams: Louisville, Memphis, Minnesota, Purdue, West Virginia, Northwestern, South Florida, Ohio State, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Iowa, Notre Dame, Illinois, Indiana, Connecticut, Penn St., Seaton Hall, St. Johns, Michigan St. and Michigan.

All-Tournament Passes will be available for purchase starting Feb. 17 on-site at the entrance gates of each game venue for $25 each.

Daily tickets will be available for purchase on-site at the entrance gates of each game venue for $10 each starting Feb. 17.

From 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday night, there will be a Beef 'O' Brady's Challenge Kick-Off Party at 2325 Ulmerton Road #3.
