Refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Is Low Calorie and Super Simple to Make
Make a pitcher using fresh lemons and pureed strawberries. It beats Coke anytime.

Its hot outside. I don’t know if I somehow just forget each year how hot Florida gets or what, but somehow I am surprised EVERY summer how hot it gets!…and its only June.
When it's this hot outside, its important to stay hydrated. Unfortunately in the past, although I mostly drink water, I would reach for the occasional diet Coke. But in always striving to be healthier, I decided to finally kick that habit! I may have also made the husband quit it, too, which he’s not too happy about.
So I got to thinking what other drink I could make at home, that’s healthy, refreshing, and still good for us when we need a little flavor. Enter strawberry lemonade.
