Burglar Broke Into Businesses On Central Avenue: St. Pete Police
A man faces charges after breaking into 10 Central Avenue businesses, most near 34th Street, in recent weeks, St. Pete police said.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A burglar faces charges after breaking into 10 Central Avenue businesses, most near 34th Street, in recent weeks, the St. Petersburg Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.
Terry McPherson, 36, was charged with 10 counts of burglary of an unoccupied commercial buildings, loitering or prowling, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of burglary tools, according to Pinellas County Jail records.
Officers spotted McPherson shortly after he disabled power to a building on Central Avenue, police said.

He was taken into custody and detectives were able to link him to multiple commercial break-ins in the area.
