Burned Body Found In St. Pete Alley: Police
After investigating a fire, police found a burned body in a St. Petersburg alley.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A burned body was found in a St. Petersburg alley overnight, police said.
Officers responded to assist the fire department in the alley behind 2920 Emerson Ave. S. , according to a news release from St. Petersburg Police Department.
Once the fire was extinguished, the body was found, police said. Detectives are investigating the death.
