You'll begin with a brief conversation about the science behind positive self-talk and how intentional affirmations can influence confidence and well-being. Before decorating your mirror, you'll choose a word, mantra, or personal affirmation to write on the back, creating a hidden reminder that reflects your intentions every time you see yourself.
Using a beveled mirror as your canvas, you'll design a unique sea glass frame with your choice of sea glass, colorful pearls, and optional seashell embellishments. You may also choose to add a hanging attachment or keep your mirror as a tabletop piece.
Whether you're creating for yourself or as a meaningful gift, you'll leave with a handmade piece that celebrates resilience, growth, and self-compassion.
