Experience the flavors of the Mediterranean and Florida’s Gulf Coast at
LUMA at SkyBeach Resort on Thursday, October 22, from 7-10 p.m., as part of the SAVOR the Bay Chef Series, a culinary extension of the annual SAVOR St. Pete Food + Wine Festival. This intimate dining experience invites guests to enjoy a four course prix-fixe dinner curated by Chef Ryan Van Dusen, featuring fresh coastal ingredients, bold flavors, and creative culinary pairings.
The menu features dishes including salmon and tuna carpaccio, Florida pink shrimp with handmade potato gnocchi, and slow-braised lamb accompanied by Moroccan couscous and apricot jus. For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in the blueberry tiramisu showcasing citrus mascarpone and hibiscus syrup. A vegetarian option is available with advance ticket selection.
Tickets are $65 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $30. This event is exclusively for guests ages 21 and older.
