Tickets go on sale this week, with the price of admission covering the game and the concert afterward. The show is part of the Rays' summer concert series.
Rucker's hit singles include "This" and "I Got Nothin." The singer's first country music album, "Learn to Live," debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts.
