Downtown Waterfront Plan Talks on Tap

St. Petersburg has three upcoming meetings scheduled.

Bay area residents interested in having a say on what happens with the St. Petersburg Downtown Waterfront Master Plan will get three chances this week.

The city has announced a series of upcoming meetings that will all take place at the University of South Florida’s Harbor Hall Gallery, 1000 Third St. S.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Open Night Workshop

  • Presentation and interactive community input stations
  • Confirm findings and key Topics from Phase Two (Exploration)
  • Review issues and opportunities for downtown waterfront

Wednesday, from 4 to 7 p.m., Open House

  • View ideas and designs in development
  • Talk with team in an informal setting

Thursday, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Presentation of Preliminary Ideas

  • Explore the programmatic design and implementation approaches
  • Public response exercise for validation and ranking

Free parking for all sessions is available across the street and in the lot south of the Harbor Hall Gallery.
